So glad I stayed until the end. The part about hidden build-up dimming the brain’s recall signal finally clicked. I started the morning honey steps and I’m remembering birthdays and where I put things again. Grateful, Dr. Rajan.

My mom’s memory has been declining for years. Has anyone tried the steps from the video with an older parent? Did it help with recall or focus?

Thomas, we followed Dr. Rajan’s steps — cut one pantry culprit and added the Morning Honey Ritual after breakfast. My dad’s more present in conversations and remembers appointments. Worth a try.

Same here, Thomas. We had few options, so we tried the routine from the video. My father is recalling names again and seems calmer. Thank you, Dr. Rajan.

Thank you, Dr. Rajan. I watched to the end, followed the honey steps, and after a couple of weeks my mind felt lighter and conversations flowed again.

I was skeptical for years. The way Dr. Rajan explained the “recall switch” and hidden build-up finally clicked. I started the Morning Honey Ritual and my recall is clearly better.

I’m cautious with these things. Did anyone finish the video and try the Morning Honey Ritual for a couple of weeks? Real results?

Renee, I finished the video and followed the steps. Around week two my recall and word-finding improved. It’s simple and worth it.

Appreciate the reply, Julia. I’ll watch to the end and give it a fair try.

We followed the routine for my mom: swapped one breakfast habit and added the Morning Honey Ritual. She’s following conversations again. Sharing this with my siblings.

@MarilynSchultz this is the video I mentioned — my dad actually improved on this routine.
